Job Location for Infosys Recruitment 2024 -

Responsibilities of Process Executive (Chat Process)/ Customer Support Executive
 - 
  • Knowledge of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on any of VPN, drivers, driver installations, active directory
  • General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
  • Productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools
  • Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
  • Resolve client issues on calls/ chat/ mail.
Responsibilities of Help-desk Associate -
  • Resolve inquiries on employee pay, benefits, company policies and other HR related areas
  • Provide detailed documentation on each query using mailbox/ case management system
  • Utilize available resources
  • Interpret policy and explain procedures
  • Employment data changes
  • Respond to escalated issues from employees, HR professionals and HR managers
  • Identify trends and high volume inquiries that may indicate corporate wide issues
  • Maintain service level agreements.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For process executive (chat process), team lead post, the payable salary will be Rs 23,300 and for customer support executive, HR help-desk associate posts, the payable salary will be Rs 38,500 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
