Job Role of HR Operations Associate - Your role is to improve the way our clients and the world works. Working in challenging and dynamic environments, using their versatility to create and support solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.

Responsibilities - 

• In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Your primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor
• You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out and the decisions that you make will impact your work
• You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
• You will be working closely with project members to be effectively deliver on the requirements

Selection Method - For Accenture recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting, online assessment test and telephonic or field interview. The assessment test will schedule in two stages:

• Cognitive Assessment - You will get 50 minutes to complete this assessment. This assessment test will comprise of English ability, critical thinking and problem solving, abstract reasoning.
• Communication Assessment - You will get 30 minutes to complete this assessment. This assessment test will comprise of sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation.
