Job Role - Technical Content Producer.
Location of Job - Work From Home.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Manage the creation of digital content and online courses for Pearson's products and platforms
- Use Pearson tools to build digital course-ware
- Work with product teams to define content and course design
- Communicate with production teams and other stakeholders
- Manage schedules and prioritize deadlines
- Work actively to ensure all product innovation coincides with Pearson’s target demographics
- Ability to influence and negotiate where necessary with peers, project team, sponsors/ stakeholders and other internal teams as needed
- Ability to respond confidently to conflicts and manage situations positively, proactively escalating on-going issues
- Ability to demonstrate highly active ownership of projects, ability to proactively assess and mitigate risk, and ability to actively pose solutions to problems.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Pearson.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Technical Content Producer at Pearson is Rs 35,000 per month approximately which will be around 4.2 lakhs per year.

- Strong organizational skills - self-organizing and self-motivating
- Strong time management abilities - organizing tasks in a logical and efficient manner allowing for multi-tasking and making appropriate calls on prioritization.
Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
Experienced or Fresher - Freshers and experienced both are eligible for Pearson.
