Job Location for TCS Recruitment 2023 -

Responsibilities of Chat/Email Support -
- Respond to emails and chats
- Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account
- Open trouble ticket depending on the nature of the service issue
- Analyze, isolate and diagnose technical trouble
- Providing existing trouble ticket status to customers
- Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company policies.
- Make calls to end users to clarify the following queries in order journey like cancellation, appointment booking, permission to work, address clarification etc
- Respond efficiently and accurately to end users and explaining the possible solutions and ensuring that end user feels supported and valued
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming information and diffusing angry clients as needed
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed SLA metrics with consistent customer services.
- Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For chat/email support post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,600 - 29,160 and for voice specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Selection Method - For TCS recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting/ assessment test and telephonic or field interview. If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired age and qualification, he/she will be intimated via registered mobile number or email id for further interview process.
Work Experience - Candidates must have at least nine months of experience in relevant field.
