- Review, address, and record the underlying reason and remedy for client complaints and service problems.
- In order to comply with regulatory reporting standards, make sure complaints and servicing issues are appropriately coded.
- Determine trends and flaws that could present a legal, regulatory, or servicing concern and escalate them
- Coach and give feedback to team leaders and customer service personnel
- To recognise and effectively escalate complaints, defects, and trends to business partners within Compliance, World Service, and the bank, understand fundamental consumer protection, banking rules, and related legislation.
- Ensure adherence to various legal and regulatory standards as well as the complaints management policy.

- Ability to autonomously oversee daily tasks while adhering to business objectives and process controls, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
