Job Role - Content Developer/ Instructional Designer.
Location of Job - Work From Home.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities are mentioned below in-detail
- Work with team members to develop courses from inception to completion
- Design and create engaging on-demand video and e-Learning content
- Create and maintain hands on exercises
- Monitor relevant metrics and act based on data points and feedback
- Work in an agile way, ensuring content is valuable and highly useful
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English
- Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification Required - For content developer/ instructional designer post, the candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by OutSystems.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Content Developer at OutSystems is Rs 37,500 per month approximately which will be around 4.5 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below
- Knowledge of Instructional design and Adult learning
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of programming languages
- Create content in Markdown
- Experience with Application Development is desirable
- Knowledge of Agile product development processes and tools such as Jira.
Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
Experienced or Fresher - Freshers and experienced both are eligible for OutSystems.
