Job Role - Customer Service Associate.
Location of Job - Jodhpur will be the job location for this hiring.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Achieve and exceed sales target for category
- Enhance conversion ratios and average transaction values
counsel customers - Deliver customer service customer service levels
- Constantly update knowledge on product and selling departments/ services
- Ensure stocking of products and display with adherence is able to deliver high quality customer service of the highest standards
- Cross selling and up selling
- Adhere to proper promotions etc
- Interact accurately with JDC/ HO teams so that the store team quantitative reports to management on customers, sales, stock, competition, skills
- Deliver sales and customer service of the highest standards
- Resolve stock management procedures
- Be vigilant without adversely affecting their grievances and complaints by effectively liasoning with related to standards
- Assist in stock staking
- Provide necessary qualitative.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Reliance.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Customer Service Associate at Reliance is Rs 25,000 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview.
