Responsibilities of International Voice Process Associate -
- Demonstrates undertaking of internet, amazon website and competitor websites
- Demonstrates and ability to successfully navigate websites
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications

- Have a working understanding of relevant Amazon policies, standards and statutory compliance applicable to relevant support groups and ensure same is adhered and violations are highlighted
- Using HRIS analytics to understand themes and generate actionable people insights for the site
