Responsibilities of International Voice Process Associate -
  • Demonstrates undertaking of internet, amazon website and competitor websites
  • Demonstrates and ability to successfully navigate websites
  • Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications

  • Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment

Responsibilities for HR Assistant 
  • Work with a diverse group of stakeholders including site operations, support functions and compliance teams to ensure smooth operation of the site
  • Fulfill site level green badge staffing in line with operational demand by leveraging diverse staffing levers such as regular, flex etc
  • Set high bar on people experience by driving ACL practices such as Gemba, BRT etc
  • Responsible for all site level PXT led mechanisms and developing internal mechanism for enhanced people experience
  • Have a working understanding of relevant Amazon policies, standards and statutory compliance applicable to relevant support groups and ensure same is adhered and violations are highlighted
  • Using HRIS analytics to understand themes and generate actionable people insights for the site

  • International Voice Process Associate/ HR Assistant - {12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}.
