Responsibilities - 

• Supports on-boarding transaction processing activities
• Collecting, entering and maintaining applicant data
• Collecting, validating and processing employment related information for new hires 
• Manage large sourcing volume which may include selection processing activities, scheduling interviews and coordinating training class placement plus data input to applicable systems
• Communicating offers or rejections to candidates
• Provide superior customer service to all employees by promptly responding to employee inquiries
• Achieves performance measures and adheres to established customer service standards
• Escalates non-routine matters to appropriate individuals
• Ensures confidentially and security of applicant data
• Process mail, order supplies and other duties as needed by the department.
