 Job Role - Content Strategist and Tele Counselor.

Location of Job - Work From Home.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for Tele Counselors are mentioned below in-detail

  • Take responsibility and guide the potential Students over the call to choose the right product and help them in making better career decisions
  • Resolve queries regarding the Company and Products
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned
  • Selling Membership to the Students as per their requirement
  • Responsible for explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages
  • Providing the right customer experience
Responsibilities for Content Strategist

  • Plan and develop content for assigned vertical/ program
  • Audit and bring required changes in the content being delivered to ensure learning outcomes are meet
  • Develop content delivery roadmap
  • Data driven decision making for enhancing content quality and learning experience
  • Work closely with Program Managers for launching projects.

Qualification Required - For content strategist post, the candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder and for tele counselors post, the candidates must be 12th passed.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Testbook.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Tele Counselor and Content Strategist at Testbook is Rs 26,800 - 30,400 per month approximately which will be around 3.2 - 3.5 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

  • Understand and Speak Elementary Hindi Language
  • Superb verbal communication
