Responsibilities of Customer Success Executive -
- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company's product, replying to inbound queries
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention preferred.
- Write meaningful content about finance, mutual funds, stocks and personal finance-related topics keeping in mind the editorial guidelines
- Conduct research to identify online communities, trending topics and new content ideas to add to the Groww content repository.
- Reviewing payment of businesses to ensure that they comply with policies and procedures
- Tracking payments to vendors and reviewing payment status to identify any issues that may have occurred during processing
- Reviewing account activity to determine whether any fraudulent activity has occurred
- Preparing reports on accounts payable activity such as delinquencies and exceptions
Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with bank statements or journals of the company’s financial institution - Processing checks, money orders, credit card payments, wire transfers and other forms of payment
- Coordinating with the product and tech team to understand the requirements and support from operations perspective.
