Responsibilities for Executive Trainee -
- Develop store strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Manage an entire Airtel store and provide a delightful experience to customers while driving sales targets, with adherence to pre-defined guidelines
- Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers: customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient
- Drive sales of various Airtel plans, plan upgrades & products - my Airtel app, WYNK, Airtel TV etc
- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Maintain inventory levels of Airtel assets - SIM cards, dongles, WiFi devices
- Ensure adherence to pre-defined Airtel SOPs to run store operations smoothly.
Responsibilities for Campaign Manager -
- Own the execution of product marketing campaigns, partner with content team to maintain a communication calendar for products
- Work closely with the growth and product managers in shaping the go-to-market strategy of individual products
- Execute GTM strategy and product launches from beginning to end
- Work with key stakeholders to launch and bolster product growth
- Work with creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets to support product launches.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For executive trainee post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,900 - 26,600 and for campaign manager post, the, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month.
