Job Role - Business Analyst.

Location of Job - Gurgaon will be the job location for this hiring.

  • Create mathematical models and generate business insights that streamline operations, drive revenue growth, formulate strategies and modeling led innovation
  • Solve real-world problems by building meaningful stakeholder relationships and developing domain expertise
  • Define, manage and execute projects and individual tasks to meet short and long-term business goals
  • Define business questions that need to be answered and participate/ drive business planning
  • Define internal project’s scope, success metrics and drive project to execution highlighting the business impact
  • Sound business judgment to effectively bridge the gap between analytics and business needs.

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by TATA 1MG.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Business Analyst at TATA 1MG is Rs 49,500 per month approximately which will be around 6.0 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python/R
  • Operational understanding of google analytics or any other business analysis tool
  • Strong sense of ownership and comfort in taking initiative and proactively offering business recommendations and enhancements through analysis of various data sources
  • Ability to translate complex analytics, insights, and outcomes into presentations to senior stakeholders in simple terms demonstrating value to the business
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong statistical skills and applied experience solving problems through statistics and mathematics
  • Expertise in Excel, SQL, and statistical programming in Python or R.

Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.

Experienced or Fresher - Aspirants must have at least one year of experience in business analytics
