- Bring Clients onto the Sprinto platform and provide them with an exceptional customer experience.
- Customers should be kept informed of product updates and action plans on a regular and proactive basis.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to improve our produc offering.
- Client testimonials,G2 evaluations, case studies, and other forms of customer advocay are all part of this roles responsibilities.
- Customer and revenue retention entails ensuring that customers remain satisfied and invested in Sprinto.
- Assisting the Sales team with technical queries about the product as needed.
