Roles and Responsibilities - The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- While processing the orders, adhere to the wiki/other instructions.
- While processing orders, strictly adhere to the Export Policy/Billing Policy.
- Please ensure that we prepare our day according to TL's expectations and leave after alerting TL at the end of the month/quarter/year.
- Outside SLA Metrics are updated on a regular basis, as are case comments.
- Review the Case and Orders queues on a regular basis, and work with Regional TL/L2s to resolve any stopped orders/cases.
- Ensure that all of your orders are processed within the agreed-upon SLAs.
- Aside from orders, everything that is required on a daily basis is met.
Selection Process Criteria -
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
