Job Role - Business Analyst.
Location of Job - Gurgaon will be the job location for this hiring. It has hybrid work style. Candidates can work from home also.

- Identifying HNI users who need a banking partner's wealth management product
- Finding customers who love to travel for a vacation lifestyle firm
- Locating tech- savvy customers for online banking services
- Locating wealthy foodies for the restaurant industry.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by PayU.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Business Analyst at PayU is Rs 50,500 per month approximately which will be around 6.0 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below
- Proficiency in MS-Word, Ms-Excel and MS- PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication and creative thinking
- Organized and efficient - Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Exposure to Performance Management implementation.
Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face, to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
Experienced or Fresher - Freshers and experienced both are eligible for PayU. Experienced candidates are more preferred.
