Responsibilities for Safety Associate Post - 

• Work closely with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety
• Conduct risk assessment
• Enforce preventative measures
• Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions
• Check if all employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
• Oversee workplace repair, installations  and any other work that could harm employees safety
• Excellent knowledge of legislation and procedures.

Responsibilities for Assistant Manager Post - 

• Ability to deliver current transport status through proper tracking channels to customers/ internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with supply chain strategy, process improvement and implementation
• Create/ share Excel reports/ charts on daily basis.

Educational Qualifications - The educational qualification details for this post is mentioned below.

• Safety Associate - {12th Pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}
• Assistant Manager (Operations) - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum three years of experience in relevant field}.

Knowledge and Skills Required -

• Excellent knowledge of legislation and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
• Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Working knowledge of safety management information system
