Job Role - Business Systems Administrator.
Location of Job - Work From Home.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in-detail
- Day to day support and administration of our Salesforce instance
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets and other user support requests
- Assist the Delivery team with entry level development needs
- Data management including mass updates and data loads
Manage all incoming partner community user support requests - Assist with ticket grooming.
Qualification Required - The candidates must be a bachelor's degree holder.
Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by HashiCorp.
Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of an Business System Administrator at HashiCorp is Rs 39,160 per month approximately which will be around 4.7 lakhs per year.
Expected Knowledge and Skills - The knowledge and skills that you need are given below
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform a must
MSExcel, SQL, and business analytics skills preferred - Exceptional ability to innovate upon existing processes in order to create greater efficiency
- Knowledge and/or proficiency with a variety of technology platforms and tools
- Detail oriented and organization skills
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of an organization
- Business oriented, having a good understanding of basic business principles and SaaS business operations
- Inquisitive, with a desire to learn and be a contributor to business solutions that achieve the company’s goal of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Ability to perform thorough and accurate testing.
Selection Process - The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
