Responsibilities for Startup Success Manager -
Responsibilities for Startup Success Manager -
- Ensure customer engagement and success with early and mid-stage startups in India
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed engagements, partnering with customer engineers
- Product team and the extended sales team
- Communicate and engage with founders and investors
- Onboard startups to Google for startups cloud programs
- Process Google cloud message to startups
- Apply statistical methods to large data sets to understand the impact of abuse to the YouTube ecosystem
- Learn complex technical concepts and systems, and deliver meaningful results using them
- Perform fraud and spam investigations using various data sources, identify product vulnerabilities and drive anti abuse solutions
- Work with engineers and interact cross functionally with non-technical stakeholders to improve workflows via process improvements
- Manage technological solutions for streamlining quality assurance and produce scalable training solutions to emergent workflows.
